The key to great BBQ is to start with the best possible cut of meat.  Our St. Louis Style Spare Ribs are just that starting at 3 pounds and weighing approximately 2 pounds after being slowly smoked over Pecan wood.  These ribs are served with our special dry rub and are extremely moist and meaty.

Shipping Information

In order to ensure the highest possible quality product, we ship our orders using our standard 2nd day air shipping method on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  NOTE:  If you are shipping to an address in the state of Florida, your order can also be shipped Thursday for Friday delivery with no extra charge.

Piggy's BBQ ships all orders via FedEx and UPS.  FedEx and UPSWe will deliver your product between 9am and 7pm on the date indicated on your tracking information.
